Speed & Agility Program (13+)

This program is for any athlete (13+) who wants to improve overall speed & agility. Speed drills and exercises that will focus on acceleration & top speed mechanics, proper arm action, gait cycling, rhythm and techniques. Agility drills and exercises will focus on lateral movement techniques, foot positioning, body angles & momentum shifting to allow more efficient change of direction.

1:00 - 2:00pm

7:30-8:30pm
