SPORTS PERFORMANCE PROGRAM:
The sports performance program is our most holistic program that is designed for any athlete who is (12+) looking to improve movement quality & mobility while increasing overall strength, power, speed and agility, while reducing risk of injury.
(Must do introductory session to get into program. Session information below)
Mobility & Flexibility
Myofascial release (Foam Rolling), stretching, mobility drills & muscle activation movements to prep the body specifically for the lifts and movements doing that day.
Power Development
Weighted & bodyweight plyometrics variations, med ball training, jumping & landing techniques
Speed & Agility
Acceleration, deceleration, proper arm action, gait cycling, rhythm and techniques. Lateral movement techniques, foot positioning, body angles & momentum shifting to allow more efficient change of direction.
Strength
Functional Approach, thorough instruction, upper body pushes & pulls, lower body hip dominate & knee dominate exercises & core stability

Introductory session is required before beginning program. During this time we will take each person through a movement screening and get baseline athletic testing. These findings will let us know if this is the best program for you, as well as allow us to better program and put correct progressions in place for each individual.

All of our movements and lifts are progression based. Once basic techniques have been mastered and a foundation is built, more challenging variations will be implemented. Creates a challenging and competitive environments that allows up to adapt our program to each persons skill level. This allows us to train a wide variety of sports, ages and skill levels without affecting the progress of another.

Identify & Correct Muscular Imbalances, Balance & Stabilization

Each athlete will get baseline testing (vertical, 10 yard dash, pro-agility, med ball push & pull throws) during their intro session. Following each 8-week session, we offer two days of post-testing with multiple times available. These do not count as one of your workouts, it is included as a part of your package.

16 workouts: $500 (2 payments of $250)
